Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”

- Audre Lorde

My Approach

As a therapist, my journey began in the world of film, where I first recognized the profound impact of storytelling on people’s lives. I came to understand that storytelling extends far beyond the screen; it shapes our personal narratives, influencing our mental health and perspectives on the world. With trauma-informed care and narrative therapy training, I offer a heart-centered, collaborative, and empowering approach. My goal is to provide a safe space for us to co-explore and co-create the changes you wish to see.

Working Together

Life-altering experiences, such as childhood adversity or other painful events, can manifest as trauma or PTSD, resulting in anxiety, depression, irritability, and heightened sensitivity to people and environments. Amid life's challenges lies the potential to discover inner strength and growth, offering a new path forward. I've navigated many of these issues firsthand, fueling my commitment to this work.
